Matinee Club – Discoteque Francais
Early post as I will be off playing with the bears in P-town.  Former members of The Modern make up this group.  Their songs are very diverse.  This song sounds like a cross between Gary Neuman and Berlin if Madonna was the lead singer.  Get thought the first minute, before it kicks in [...]

This week an actual album:  Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s Trip The Light Fantastic.  I haven’t heard this consistent a dance / pop album in a very long time, probably since Kylie’s Light Years.   Great songs through the whole album.  Gwen and Kelly could really take a few lessons from this album.
